Retreats  2024

I have been asked so many times to organise a yoga retreat and have finally done it x 3 all Friday-Monday (very exciting !!)

1. Winter Relaxation Retreat 26th-29th January
Westhope Country Retreats
Country walks, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, home cooking, wood burning stove, cosy and nurturing.

2. Summer Yoga retreats 17th-20th May and     14th-17th June
Llanfendigaid Estate
Few minutes walk from the sea, Outdoor yoga on the beach, Yoga Nidra, bring your bike if you wish, indoor swimming pool, fill up those lungs with sea air
and return home feeling rejuvenated !!

(SORRY May retreat is now also full)
